Today I made these pancakes for breakfast. They were delicious and turned out so wonderful I had to share the recipe with you guys.
Mix all together and make in a pan over medium heat. I didn’t use syrup, I only needed a banana on the side and a little bit of honey butter. I was so proud of this meal.

Healthy eating, exercise 4-6 days a week. I eat a lot of fruit, protein shakes, nuts, wheat pasta and bread, baby spinach, chicken, and turkey. It took about 6 months to get to where I am now. :)


I started my healthy eating and exercise at the end of 2011, so about 6 months or so.

My progress photos. I had lost a little weight already in the before photo, but it was the only one I could find. I never viewed myself as being fat, but I definitely disliked my body a lot. I hated looking in the mirror and constantly feeling self conscious. I would go clothes shopping and nothing would fit right. I would usually end up crying or avoiding shopping all together. I am at the weight I want now, maybe even a bit under. I am working on building muscle and being healthy.
